CNG Attorneys Inc. is a boutique firm of attorneys based in the beautiful city of Durban, South Africa. CNG was established in April 2018 by the founding partners Cara Jane Chiocchetti, Shirona Naicker and Candice Munien-Govender all of whom come from strong litigation backgrounds. The name “CNG” is derived from the first letter of each partner’s surnames.
CNG is a proudly B-BBEE Level 2 Contributor and an all female owned entity.

Small, Micro and Macro size Enterprises (SMME’s) often fall short in implementing and enforcing of legal agreements, as they believe that legal services are unaffordable. We want to change that perception by offering affordable fee structures and retainers for SMME’s. Our vision is to provide a holistic approach to the SMME’s in order to service both spheres of their professional and personal “legal health”.

Cara graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa. She is an admitted attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court (South Africa) and in New South Wales (Australia)
She has also completed the Sectional Titles Scheme Management Course held by UCT in conjunction with Paddocks and received a distinction for her final examination.
She Practices in a wide variety of Law including general Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Debt Collection, Family Law, Legal Risk and Compliance, Drafting and Vetting of contracts.
Shirona graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa. She is an admitted attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court
She specializes in Civil Litigation, Debt Collection, Insurance law, Construction Law and Levy Collection for Sectional Title Schemes. She is currently pursuing her studies in Conveyancing and Notarial Practice.
Candice graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa. She is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary public with rights of appearance in the High Court.
She specialises in Property and Conveyancing, Company Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates, Trusts and Notarial matters.
She is currently completing the Advance Course in Mediation and Arbitration through AFSA and the University of Pretoria and has a keen interest in Commercial Mediation and International Commercial Arbitration.
Simone is a graduated with her LLB Degree at Howard College, University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2016.
She pursued her legal career by completing the Practical Legal Training Course in 2017.
Thereafter, she completed her Articles of Clerkship and was admitted Legal Practitioner as an Attorney of the High Court, KwaZulu-Natal in 2019. She has experience in all facets of law but she specialises in and particularly enjoys Civil Litigation.
Priyanca is a very vital support staff at CNG Attorneys. She is involved with the daily office management and administration of the firm, deceased estates and accounts. She is a dedicated mom and enjoys spending time with family.
